GROCERY GRAB N GO SPONSORSHIP FORM

With a mission to ensure no one in our 8th District Long Beach community suffers from food insecurity, Help Me Help You (HMHY) commenced a Free Grocery Grab N Go event every 3rd Saturday of each month at Perry Lindsey Academy. More than a Grocery Grab N Go, this event invites all children, families, and neighbors in need to receive free nutritious groceries, sponsored food, free gifts, entertainment, and more.  We are looking for a food sponsor to donate packaged food for attendees to eat on the 3rd Saturday of your chosen month.

These Grocery Grab N Go events are heavily promoted via HMHY and community social media channels; newsletters; 8th District schools RoboCalls and text messages; websites; as well as sponsor databases; and community mailing lists (Long Beach USD, churches, community centers, and schools, and more).

 

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Supporting Nutrition Knights Grocery Grab N Go - Perry Lindsey Academy monthly event is an effective way to help our children and families in need as well as let your customers know your strong Corporate Social Responsibility in the Long Beach community.   We invite stores or restaurants to be food sponsors for any monthly event by providing packaged food for residents to consume on the day. Food items can include desserts, sandwiches, salads, snacks, food vouchers, etc. To cater for a Grocery Grab N Go event we would require a minimum of 250 food items.
