Help Me Help You was nominated and won the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award. This annual award recognizes organizations that epitomize diversity, inclusion, and equity in the Los Angeles, California region.
Jerome Washington, Founder of the local nonprofit Help Me Help You was honored on March 31st at KABC's Jefferson Award Celebration.
The Jefferson Awards are a prestigious national recognition system honoring community and public service in America. On a local level, from hundreds of applicants, KABC7 selects one individual to honor each month. Jerome was selected for December 2009 and his segment ran on the eve of Christmas.
