Food is Medicine: Diabetes Prevention & Management

Join us in a live virtual class via Zoom to learn about diabetes; using food to prevent and manage diabetes; meal planning; and access diabetes-friendly recipes, and community resources. Offered in February, July, and December 2025, this class runs for a 1/2 hour. The first class is offered on Tuesday, March 25th from 12 noon to 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 7 PM.
