Employer Gift Matching

Help your employer to double, triple or quadruple your donation to Help Me Help You with the Employer Gift Matching Program – through teamwork help make the dream work!

Your employer is probably participating in a Matching Gifts Program that will match the gifts of their employees, retirees, and spouses of eligible employees to a charitable organization. Employers may match your donation or more and even provide community service grants. A matching gift amount varies with each company.

 

Steps to Enroll in a Employer Gift Matching Program:

  1. Find out if your employer is eligible to have your donation matched or volunteer hours recognized.

  2. Obtain the Matching Gift Form from your employer.

  3.  Fill out your portion of the form and mail it with your donation to:

  4. Help Me Help You will acknowledge your donation and send your employer a completed Matching Gift form.
     

 

If your employer has a matching gift website:

  1. Log onto the secure server.

  2. Add Help Me Help You to the database using the following information.

For verification of tax-exempt status use: EIN: 71-0898124

  3. Submit your contribution online.
